I’ve been out of town at a conference on leadership. It was fabulous. I think every single congregational leader should learn what we learned. More on that after I’ve digested it. But meanwhile, Tandi Koerger has done it again, talking about a way to break the cliques of old and new members. It’s not just about churches, of course. Almost anyplace where you have a gap, it can be closed. Go check it out at her blog, Putting Religious Education in its Place.
